Registration for the 2027 ACE-DHH Conference is now open! Complete the form below to register one or more attendees. Please ensure you select the appropriate rate (University Faculty/Staff, College Student/K-12 Educator/Interpreter, and your MLE-Sig Memberships) for each registrant before proceeding to checkout. Enter your name and institution or organization exactly as you would like them to appear on your conference name tag, double-checking for correct spelling and capitalization. Accommodations​

ASL interpretation is provided throughout the conference, with voice interpreting for all scheduled sessions. Large group gatherings (Keynote, Awards Ceremony, and Plenary, if held) will have CART, and presentation sessions include Zoom's automated captions. Need an accommodation not listed here? ACEH-DHH Conference Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Registration fees are refundable, minus non-refundable payment processing fees (4% of the total registration cost), if a written cancellation request is received at least 30 days before the conference start date. Requests must be emailed to acedhhtreas@gmail.com.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the conference, except in emergencies (e.g., medical issues, natural disasters). In such cases, the registration fee may be transferred to the following year’s conference with prior approval from the ACEDHH Treasurer.

Refunds or transfers may take up to 10 business days to process. By registering, attendees agree to these terms.
